Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in 3D Printing Design and Manufacturing, as well as proficiency in 3D Printing and Scanning CAD/CAM software such as Siemens NX and SolidWorks. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing high-quality 3D Prints for various applications. Additionally, they will play a key role in utilizing 3D printing and scanning technologies to enhance our prototyping and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop 3D designs according to project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software (Siemens NX, SolidWorks, etc.) to create detailed 3D designs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to optimize 3D designs and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the manufacturability of 3D designs.
- Utilize 3D printing and scanning technologies to create prototypes, molds, and components as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D design, manufacturing, or quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to 3D printing, and scanning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in plastic injection mold design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly Siemens NX and SolidWorks.
- Experience with 3D printing and scanning technologies.

- Familiarity with simulation software for mold flow analysis.
